48 - Hour Cancellations

We love our hairdressers and we know you do to! We also understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within the 48-hour period, you will be charged 50% of the full scheduled service price.


Tardiness

Living in New England we understand the weather can be a little unpredictable. Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re going to be late. We offer a grace period of 15 minutes. If you will be later then the grace period we require you to reschedule, and you may be penalized a cancellation fee.


No-Shows

When a No-Show/Late Cancellation occurs, it takes large blocks of time that impact our hairdressers and other guests. We understand that sometimes things happen, however, we try to respect our hairdressers’ time as much as we try to respect yours. If a appointment is a No-Show you will be charged 50% of the full scheduled service price. If you wish to reschedule, we require 100% of the service paid upfront.

 

Product Return

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, you can either return or exchange it within 30 days from purchase. A full refund will be given as long as it is within the 30-day window.


Hair Adjustments

We pride ourselves in being one of the leading hair salons in the area. If you are unsatisfied with your service, we want to make it perfect for you. Please contact the salon within one week of your original service and we will gladly make sure you leave happy. MW Hair Studio will not be liable for hair color that has been done outside of our salon. Due to the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if you have previously colored your hair outside of our salon.

 

Child Safety Policy

We love children, and we hope you understand that for their safety, and for the salon experience of other guests, children are only permitted in the salon while having a service. Due to safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We appreciate your understanding.


Pets

As much as we love our pets, we ask, out of respect for all guests, that you keep your furry friends at home. We must be respectful of all guest needs, and maintain a safe salon environment.


Health History

Understanding customers health history is a vital part of your end result. This will guarantee to safeguard both the client and service provider. Minor issues such as change in medication can impact the service quality and how the products interact with the customer. Please inform your hairstylist of any changes in your health for the best results.
